For Gravel, Sand & Rock

Stockpiles, loads and invoices — in one place for your pit.

Pit-run in, screened and crushed rock out, sold by the ton or the yard and delivered by the truckload. GodKey MFG keeps your stockpiles, runs, delivery invoices and books together, so you know what you have and what each ton really costs.

Sound familiar?

  • Stockpile counts are a guess until someone walks the pile
  • You sell by the ton and the yard, but cost lives on a napkin
  • Delivery charges, sales tax and cash sales don’t match the books
  • Big aggregate software is built for quarries ten times your size

How GodKey MFG handles it

Tons, yards and loads

Add the units you sell in — tons, cubic yards, loads — and keep each stockpile as its own product, with counts you adjust after a survey or a walk-around.

Screening and crushing runs

Record a run from a recipe — pit-run in, a finished product out — with labor at your rate and the cost spread over what you can sell.

Delivery invoices

Invoice by the ton or the yard with a delivery charge and sales tax, take partial payments, or import your Square sales for review.

Books that already know your cost

Cost of goods sold posts at the real cost of each ton, so your profit and loss shows which products make money.

On the roadmap — not built yet

What we’re building for gravel, sand & rock

  • Several products from one run — such as crushed rock, fines and oversize — with the cost split between them
  • Grades and sizes as variants of one product

Join the beta and tell us how your operation runs — beta companies help decide how these work. Talk to us.

Today a run makes one product. Several products from one run is planned, not built. GodKey doesn’t print scale tickets, connect to a truck scale, or spread equipment overhead into product cost yet.

Questions

Can I sell gravel by the ton and by the yard?

Yes. Add both units and sell each product in the unit you price it in.

Does GodKey MFG connect to my truck scale?

Not yet. Enter the weight from your scale ticket on the invoice.

Can I charge for delivery?

Yes. Invoices include a delivery (shipping) charge and sales tax.
