Yes. In Settings › Branding you upload your logo, set your company name and tagline, and pick a primary color and an optional accent color (or type exact hex codes). GodKey works out the backgrounds, cards, borders and text from your two colors in both light and dark mode. In Advanced mode you can set every color yourself — primary, accent, page background, card background, module area, module cards and borders — each with its own light-mode and dark-mode value. A live preview with contrast checks shows the result, and it applies to everyone in your company. The sign-in page keeps the GodKey MFG brand.

Yes. Simple mode shows the everyday jobs in plain words; Advanced mode adds the deeper pages — HR, the journal and the rest. Light and dark mode are one tap at the top of the screen. Switching never changes anything you have entered.

Yes. GodKey MFG is a web app designed phone-first, with a Simple view for the shop floor. There’s nothing to install — it runs in your browser on a phone, tablet or computer.

Yes — it covers what an ERP covers for a small batch maker (inventory, recipes, costing, production, purchasing, sales and accounting) without enterprise cost or setup. Some pieces are still being built; see the beta page for what isn’t ready yet.

Yes. One login can run several companies, and each company’s records are kept completely separate.

GodKey MFG is built by Aurora Lites LLC in Concrete, Washington — a small maker that needed this software for its own products. Aurora Lites is customer number one, with no special treatment.

Every plan includes every feature. The plans differ in how many users, products and employees you can have: Starter is up to 3 users and 75 products, Growth is up to 10 users with unlimited products, and Pro has no limits.

Yes. Raw materials and finished goods are tracked separately, each in its own units, and a recipe can even use a finished good as an ingredient — for gift sets and kits.

You can use your phone’s camera to scan a printed code and search for the matching item. Storing supplier barcodes on items and printing labels aren’t built yet.

Yes. Freight, duty and handling on a receipt are spread across its lines by value and included in each material’s cost.

When you complete a batch you record good and rejected units. The batch cost is divided over the good units, so rejects raise the cost of the units you can sell — which is what really happens.

Not yet. Materials, freight-in and labor are included; overhead allocation isn’t built. Our free cost per unit calculator shows how to add it when you set prices.

Not yet. Production today is built for recipe- and batch-based manufacturing. Job-shop routing and assembly aren’t built.

Not yet. You can trace a payment back to its bill, purchase order, receipts and the batches that used those materials, but lot-level tracking isn’t built.

Yes. Upload the invoice and an AI reader pulls out the supplier, lines and amounts. You review what it found before a bill or order is recorded — nothing posts on its own.

Checking a supplier’s bill against the purchase order and what you actually received. If the quantities or prices don’t line up, GodKey flags it before you pay.

It includes full double-entry books — chart of accounts, journal entries, invoices, bills, profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow and trial balance — tied directly to your inventory and production. Talk to your accountant about switching; many makers run both during the beta.

Yes. Square sales can be imported for your review, and you confirm each import before it’s recorded.

It prepares payroll: gross pay, FICA and deductions, pay stubs and posting to the books. Income-tax withholding is entered by you, and it doesn’t file payroll taxes.

Yes. There are six roles — owner, manager, accountant, production, HR and viewer — and you choose which actions need a second person’s approval.
