Money — a real chart of accounts with posted balances, under plain words.

Invoicing — what you’re owed, what’s overdue and what hasn’t been sent.

Owner tools — log business miles, money in and out, and your sales.
Cost of goods sold, done for you
When you sell a finished good, its cost comes out of inventory and lands in cost of goods sold at the cost GodKey already worked out from your batches. Your gross margin is real, not estimated.
Bank statements and payment processors
Upload bank statements as CSV, Excel or PDF; duplicates are skipped and a whole import can be undone. Link a bank line to a bill with the closest amounts suggested first. Square sales can be imported for your review.
Questions
Does GodKey MFG replace QuickBooks?
It includes full double-entry books — chart of accounts, journal entries, invoices, bills, profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow and trial balance — tied directly to your inventory and production. Talk to your accountant about switching; many makers run both during the beta.
Does it connect to Square?
Yes. Square sales can be imported for your review, and you confirm each import before it’s recorded.
